Account management


1. Is my personal information safe?
o  We care about your privacy. You can read our Privacy Policy here for more information on your personal information.



2. How do I change/reset my password?
o  You can change or reset your password via your Security settings by following these steps: Log in > click on your Profile picture > Settings >
    Change Password.

 
General/miscellaneous


1. Does Hizzle contact its users?
o  From time to time, we reach out to the Hizzle community. If you receive a message from an official Hizzle Team member, it will have a button 
    labelled " Hizzle Team" next to the username.

Policy & Safety


1. Will you ever ask for my password?
o  Customer Support will never ask you for your password, but they may ask you for your security question's answer in specific situations (e.g,
    to verify account ownership). This is always managed through an official Support request. 

 

Here is what you need to know about your password and security:
o    Never give out your password, however, now and again we may ask for a few things from you, but keep in mind    
o    We will never ask you by email, messages, or comments to provide us with your password or sign-in credentials
o    We will never ask you to email us your password
o    We will never prompt you to log into a site outside of the Hizzle.africa domain, nor to download and install an application
o    Please never download or run such applications or email attachments, since Hizzle will never send these

Payments and withdrawals
 

1. How long does it take for me to receive revenues from an order?


o  Buyers pay through Hizzle for orders in advance
o  Once the order is created and started, Sellers must fulfil their orders as described in their Hustle description and must deliver completed files
    and/or proof of work using the Deliver Your Order button (located on the Order page).
o  Once work is delivered, the Buyer has three days to respond and post a review (or 14 days for hustles with shipping). If no response is
    provided within the response time, the order will be considered completed.
 After the order is marked as complete, you must wait 7 days to withdraw your funds which were generated from the order. Note: Funds which
    generated from orders older than 7 days will be available for withdrawal unless there is a pending investigation on the order

 

2. Can I purchase Hustles with my revenue?


o  You can purchase hustles with your cleared revenue if you have enough needed to complete the full purchase.
o  Keep in mind, in cases where the Hustle costs more than your cleared revenue, you cannot split the purchase between your revenue and
    one of Hizzle payment providers (e.g., credit card, Paystack, etc.). 


 
3. Are there any fees when withdrawing revenue?


o  Each pay out method has its own specifications for withdrawing, therefore fees and charges will vary depending on the service you use e.g.,
    PayPal, Paystack, and Credit Card.
o  The applicable fees will be shown to you before you complete the withdrawal process
 


4. Can I have more than one withdrawal provider?


o  Your Hizzle profile can be associated with only one account from each Hizzle withdrawal provider/pay out method.
o  A withdrawal provider account can be associated with only one Hizzle profile. For example: You can have only PayPal account and one Bank Transfer account. Note: You can't use the same PayPal account for two Hizzle accounts.

 

5. Can I cancel my withdrawal?
o  Withdrawal requests are final and can't be undone. We won't be able to refund or change this process once it has begun.


 
6. Do I have to pay taxes on income earned on Hizzle?
o  It is the sole responsibility of Sellers to verify their personal tax obligation, report, and pay taxes according to the laws of the state and/or
    country of residence, as applicable and required by local law and regulations.
 


Handling orders


1. How can I contact a buyer?
 

o  Sellers can't contact new buyers
o  To communicate with a buyer, an order needs to be placed which will create a "Conversation" thread and you will be able to communicate
    with the buyer though the Hizzle platform
o  You may also contact the buyer without an order being placed, if the buyer contacts you first through our platform


2. What if my file upload or delivery upload fails?


o  Uploading files can sometimes fail for various reasons. Please check the following before asking for further assistance: 
o  Make sure your Flash is up to date on your computer, Flash normally updates automatically for most modern browsers (Chrome,
    Firefox) but may still have limitations in older versions of modern browsers (Internet Explorer)
o  Disable pop-up blockers for hizzle.africa or allow uploads/downloads through your Firewall/Anti-Virus protector for hizzle.africa
o  Make sure your image is a JPEG or PNG
o  Clear your cookies for hizzle.africa
o  Sometimes cookies can hold on to a "session" where your browser thinks it's still loading an image file. Refreshing your page helps clear the
    session, but in most cases, clearing your cookies helps.


 
3. Can I partially cancel/refund an order?

 

o  Orders cannot be partially cancelled or refunded
o  Once an order is created and there is a need to partially cancel/refund your buyer, we recommend that you ask your buyer to place a new
    order for the newly agreed-upon price
o  Once that new order is created and then marked as Complete, you can cancel the original order.

 
4. Can I accept a tip?


o  You can accept a tip; however, it's advised not to ask for one
o  Do your best as a seller—ultimately, it's up to the buyer whether to leave a tip or not

 

Managing Hustles

 


1. What are Packages?


o  Packages are a structure for selling services on Hizzle that allow you to combine your basic Hustle with built-in revisions and Extras to create
    an offer that gives Buyers exactly what they want
o  Packages make buying and selling on Hizzle easier in a few ways:
    (a) Freedom: Sellers have the freedom to position their services exactly how they want to, at a price they choose
    (b) Efficiency: Buyers can order exactly what they need in just one click
    (c) Clarity: Buyers and Sellers are totally aligned on what’s included in the order from the start, so there’s no reason for lots of back-and-forth
                     communication about what the hustle includes
 


2. How do Packages work?


o  You can activate the triple Packages mode from the Pricing section on the Post Hustles page by clicking the 3 Packages toggle
o  Once you’re in Packages mode, you can set the elements (basic Gig plus the upgrades and revisions) that you will include in that package.
 


3. How much should I charge for my Package?


o  You can price your packages anywhere starting from R5, up to the maximum price for that package. Note: Some Hustle categories and
     subcategories may have a higher minimum price.
o  Tip: Another way to understand how packages are being priced is to click around your category and see how other Sellers’ packages like
    yours are priced. If you are the first in your category, then congratulations - you set the pace.

 


4. Does the service fee change?
o  No, Hizzle’s standard service fee still applies
 
 


5. How should I label or name my packages?


o  Keep it simple and descriptive—and try to think about what will catch a buyer’s eye.
o  The name of each package should highlight what is distinctive about that package.
